2009 "Remembrance Walkway" Honoring 22 Officers
We would also like to thank all of the departments, locals and all of the sponsors who purchased a "Remembrance Walk" flag. These flags will be displayed at every tournament for the coming years. Our goal is to line the golf couse with these flags to honor all of the officers killed in the line of duty in New Jersey and surrounding states.
The support for the first year was outstanding and the oulook for the future will be even greater. The Flags stood tall in the blowing breeze and the honor given to these officers from all who passed by was a tremendous gesture of respect for those who gave their all. There were 22 officers honored this year with flags and we hope to double or triple that next year. Please let everyone know about this vision and we can make it happen.
Mike Miller
President
And the entire Board of Garden State C.O.P.S.
2008 Annual Holiday Party

Garden State C.O.P.S. held it's annual Holiday Party at the Ocean Grove Youth Temple in Ocean Grove New Jersey on Saturday, December 13, 2008. The attendance surpassed all previous holiday parties and was a huge success. Santa made an appearance and handed out presents to all of the children.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Police Unity Tour of both the North and the South for their generous donation to offset the cost of the party. Their undaunting support of Garden State C.O.P.S. and all of the survivors in New Jersey is greatly appreciated.
The board of Garden State C.O.P.S. would like to extend our best wishes during this holiday season to all of our members, and special thanks to all of the people and organizations that extend their comforting hand in support during this difficult time of year.
